In 2006, Christine von Fragstein created the official short film competition for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany ™ – "Shoot Goals, Shoot Movies". The competition took place as a project of the Berlinale Talent Campus in cooperation with the German Football Association’s Cultural Foundation, the Federal Foreign Office and the Goethe Institute. Shoot Goals, Shoot Movies attracted more than 600 filmmakers from 75 countries. The films were broadcasted on ARTE, WDR, Deutsche Welle and were shown in German embassies and Goethe Institutes around the world. Bavaria Film was responsible for the worldwide distribution. As a result of this project, Berlin International Film Festival was awared with the prize "Germany – Land of Ideas".
